By Sienna Willis

The most common misconceptions when dieting is usually to think we have to eat exclusive meals groups in order to lose weight. All this really does is deprive us through the essential vitamins and minerals our body have to function.

Everybody wants a strong, healthy body that is only achieved from the well -rounded, well balanced diet. Ideas expel a couple of common myths when it comes to losing weight.

Myth 1: We ought to only eat certain food groups.

Wrong. Many diets, fad diets in particular will advise cutting out particular food groups or only food consumption from one food group. Your body cannot are powered by one kind form of food, we need a well- balanced, varied diet so that you can stay healthy.

We want a bit of fat, some protein, vegetables, plenty of water, some carbohydrates and fibre. Even some of the so-called 'bad' foods your body will require some of those, if only in moderation but nothing needs to be cut out completely.

Fruits, grains, seeds are also needed for a strong immune system which will ward of illness and make you healthy.

Myth 2: You can only get protein from meat.

This is simply not true. Fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, legumes and oils all contain protein. Meat is really high in fat and sodium, particularly red meats which if eaten excessively is just not good for blood choleseterol levels.

While it does contain protein; less than originally thought. Grains, oils, legumes and nuts actually contain more. The body needs about 30 grams of protein per day so as you can see, you do not have you can eat nothing but meat to obtain your daily quota.

Myth 3: To lose weight, remove the fat.

Your body actually need some fat to use properly; it enables the joints and muscles to work smoothly. What you need to steer clear of are hydrogenated fats, good nutritious effective fats include avocados, extra virgin olive oil and raw nuts.

Myth 4: You will need to go without to lose weight.

Women normally should not consume any fewer calories than 1,200 each day and men generally should eat no less than 1,800 calories a day. Instead of eating high fat, high sugar foods, in case you literally ate just as much fruit and vegetables because you could manage, you will not only be satisfied and never hungry but it will have no bearing on your weight.

The easiest method to lose weight is to eat foods as naturally that you could, with no added sugar or preservatives and eliminate the unnecessary fats and merely eat what the body requires with out more, you'll lose weight, remain healthy and live longer.
